Unraveling B cell Immunodominance hierarchical pattern
using statistical feature discovery and deep learning prediction


[Instruction]

1. Three inputs are available; 1) pdb_code 2) custom_pdb 3) protein sequence
2. PDB code should be 4-letter, available in rcsb.org
3. upload your custom_pdb (.pdb extension) from local computer by clicking file button
4. Click the Predict button for prediction
5. Webpage will be redirected to Result Page when the prediction is finished.
6. Click the link Download CSV to download the result in .csv file
7. Webpage will be redirected to Error Page when the error occured.
